& Conditions
Last updated February 2009, the attached
terms and conditions shall apply to all purchases made by Manitowoc
Foodservice, its subsidiaries or affiliates for use or delivery
in North America and UK by Manitowoc Foodservice. These terms
and conditions shall not apply to suppliers who currently have
a valid, independent agreement signed with Manitowoc Foodservice.
Supplier acknowledges acceptance of these terms by accepting
an order or by shipping products to Manitowoc Foodservice and
any differing terms and conditions issued by the supplier shall
not be valid. These terms and conditions may be revised at any
time by posting the revision on the Manitowoc Foodservice website.
Seller shall be bound by any such revisions unless agreed independently
by a Manitowoc Foodservice operating company in writing. Please
contact your Manitowoc Foodservice operating company buyer for
any questions on this agreement. If the buyer is not known, then
call Linda Thatcher at +727-569-1113 who can refer you to the
proper person for any questions.
