1,000’s converge in the Manitowoc booth to “Talk With Manitowoc”
Maybe it was the live demonstrations put on by top Manitowoc chefs, maybe it was the highly anticipated launch of the new Indigo™ ice machine, or, maybe it was the electrifying sound of the violin group Alizma that brought you into our booth. Whatever your reason, you were one of thousands that flocked to the Manitowoc booth to get a chance to talk with the Manitowoc team. With a booth stretching over 10,000 square feet Manitowoc introduced almost 30 new products representing all of the foodservice categories that we manufacture equipment for.

In our ACT studio, our top culinary stars showcased their expertise and tantalized all with craveable foods made fast and fabulous. Manitowoc's Advanced Cooking Technology (ACT) platform, including state-of-the-art speed-cooking equipment by Convotherm, Delfield, Garland, Lincoln and Merrychef, were in the spotlight.
In the Beverage Studio, attendees could sit back and sip a delicious coffee, smoothie, frozen or carbonated drink while learning how to boost beverage profits with equipment by Delfield, Manitowoc Ice, Servend and Multiplex.
In the Innovation Studio, customers and potential customers heard about the latest innovations and new product introductions. From Manitowoc Ice there was the new Indigo ice machine, Frymaster showcased their new OCF fryers, Jackson introduced the new CREW66 dishwasher, Convotherm highlighted their combi oven steamers, Garland featured countertop induction cooking options and their new Island Suites and Merrychef talked about their new eikon™ series high-speed cooking ovens.

Violin group Alizma performs in the Manitowoc booth
In addition to the live demonstrations with our talented chef team, Manitowoc offered a “show within a show”, featuring Alizma, a trio of talented violinist who performed at the Manitowoc invitation only breakfast on Thursday morning, and also provided two additional performances in the Manitowoc booth. Alizma amazed the crowds with a mixture of classical, pop, and rock performances.
