The new Garland Restaurant Range won the Kitchen Innovations 2008 Award presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant Hotel-Motel Show because of its unique, patent-pending, gas delivery design using a venturi and porting configuration that equalizes the heating around the burner thereby avoiding "hot spots." The consistent, even heating enables the operator to create improved quality and patron satisfaction.
Superior structural rigidity and unmatched thermal management will reduce downtime over the long life of this state-of-the-art range. The new chassis design was engineered based on more than 120 years of global foodservice experience.

Unmatched Griddle Accuracy
Quickly and accurately adjusts to any cooking need with a completely redesigned thermostatic griddle that delivers a wide range of temperature settings.
Equipped with a 38,000 BTU cast iron burner, Garland’s new larger oven delivers best-in-class recovery and best-in-class evenness to meet all baking and finishing needs. And, it is so versatile; it is able to load standard sheet pans in either direction.

Griddle plate available with hi-lo valve control or super-accurate thermostat control. High splash guards and a wide trough aid in grease control.
Hot plate sections evenly distribute heat across pot surfaces while simmering. The hot plate sections are powered by 20,000 BTU cast iron burners and are available as 12-inch-wide sections that replace one front and one rear open-top burner.
Range-Mount Salamander: Essential to every kitchen for finishing or cooking, the Garland Salamander is equipped with two 20,000 BTU infrared burners to get the job done. The Salamander is mounted on the back guard to maximize the work area by creating a combination work center.
